What is Family Promise?

It is a non-profit organization that provides meals, shelter, support services, and life skills training for homeless families through coordination with local churches, social service agencies, and volunteers.

Family Promise's Goal:

That homeless families resume and maintain self-sufficiency and independence in permanent housing.

Family Promise's Vision:

That parents and their children leave our program better equipped to meet life's challenges.

Family Promise's Program:

While in the program, families obtain employment, stabilize their income, and save for housing costs. They enhance life skills such as money management, goal-setting, communication, parenting, and coping with stress.

And the King shall answer and say to them,
' Verily, I say unto you, inasmuch as you have
done it to one of the least of these my
brethren, you have done it unto me.'
